Technical specifications

Tech requirements: Basic technical requirements are necessary to enter one session. You would need an internet connection, a computer/laptop or smartphone, a webcam, and a microphone.

Language requirements

Each session will indicate the language in which the ViExperience will be conducted. The level of language proficiency will also be suggested. Invited speakers may speak in their native language or English. Your ViVámonos host is available to assist with translation as needed throughout the session.

Each experience should indicate the appropriate education, skill-based level, and age. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

ViEspresso Help

Prior to the start of a session, participants and especially team leaders are encouraged to test their internet connection and review our step-by-step guidelines to enter a live session. ViEspresso is our version of help and support prior to a session. Participants may also call us directly prior or during a session for support or chat with one of our staff members.

Our ViEspresso room is usually open 30 minutes before a live session. Here you can meet your host who may share tips and answer any questions prior to the start time of the session. We suggest participants connect to each session at least 10-15 minutes before it starts. Joining us is free and not mandatory.
